Post-Doctoral Scholar

We are seeking a candidate with a Ph.D., M.D., (or equivalent) with training in bioinformatics, statistical genetics, computer science, computational biology, or a closely related field. 

The ideal applicant will have experience in analysis of single cell RNA-sequencing data, genome-wide association studies, spatial transcriptomics and proteomics, next generation sequencing data, and machine learning. Experience in molecular biology or immunology is desirable

This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong track record of first author publications. Expertise in statistical and computational methods for complex, high-dimensional data is required. We seek a candidate with strong computer programming and scripting skills. The incumbent will be expected to work independently to complete data analysis.
